Human Smugglers Drop Children Over the Fence in the Desert Near Santa Teresa, Southern Border

A border patrol agent working in the desert near Santa Teresa, watching the southern border with Mexico, has recorded a shocking video. In the middle of the night two human smugglers dropped two small children over the fence which separates Mexico from US.

One of the smugglers climbed on the fence, the other handled him a child and then the one on the fence dropped the child on the US part of the fence. They did the same with the second child. Then they threw something to the children, most probably water, and ran away into the night. The border patrol agent recorded this event with a cell phone, using a night-vision technology. The two children were a 3-year-old and a 5-year-old sisters from Ecuador.

The location where these two children were dropped is a desert. If the patrol agent would not have seen them in the night, they would be exposed to harsh conditions of the desert for several hours. The girls were brought to Santa Teresa Border Patrol Station and then to the hospital where they were medically evaluated. Gloria Chavez, who is a chief patrol agent in El Paso, has said: “We are currently working with our law enforcement partners in Mexico and attempting to identify these ruthless human smugglers so as to hold them accountable to the fullest extent of the law.”

However, when Trump was president, the problem with illegal immigration and human smuggling at the southern border was not as big as it is now. Now it is a completely disastrous crisis. So it means that the authorities are responsible for the illegal migrant crisis which is happening at the southern border. It’s the Biden-Harris administration which is enabling and facilitating human smuggling over the border.
